The Zone: The Secret to Pure Performance

Getting in the zone consistently definitely provides an edge. Perhaps the edge. It involves mental toughness but ends up going well beyond it due to the biological properties of the zone that make your performance seem effortless, timeless, creative, and plain amazing. Usually, you will perform at your absolute best when you are in the zone.

Performing at your best can have the most effective benefits to your athletic career. Whether you are an established professional, an aspiring professional, or a hobbyist, consistently performing is crucial to achieving your goals (e.g. a winning record, a championship, your legacy, your salary, your notoriety, and your career beyond athletics). The zone state can give you an edge in all of these aspects.
